Find Your Reading Rhythm Contest

Since the Find Your Rhythm contest started on September 1st we have 25 students, grades K-12 participating who have read over 300 books to date.

All of the students names are listed on a large eraser board which has the map of Florida that includes several cities with landmarks icons. As the students achieve the reading goals, they will move to a new city. When the student earns the right to move to a new city, they will be required to research that city and share what they discovered with the group. This board was designed to provide the students a visual of their progress and to promote “healthy” competition.

The students are very excited about moving down the Florida coast as they meet their weekly reading goals.
