At Don’t Miss A Beat our mission is to enlighten and activate kids through musical theater production and community engagement. We are different because through, heart, arts and community, we promise to activate life-changing experiences.
Don’t Miss A Beat Mission Statement
We use the performing arts to facilitate youth development and cultivate youth talent. We provide tutoring and academic support to enhance educational achievement and graduation rates.
We conduct civic engagement projects so that youth develop a connection to their community and learn how to be responsible and productive citizens. And we provide workable skills training for adults in the community so that they are better able to provide a safe, healthy environment for their children.
And we do it all to support the At-Hope communities of Riverside, Brooklyn and Woodstock in Jacksonville, Florida.
